Rev. Dr. Richard L. Stryker III is a passionate coach, pastor, and prophetic advocate for social justice. As Director of the Collaborative Coaching Network in Strengthening the Black Church, he brings a wealth of experience from decades of ministry, chaplaincy, and church leadership. A lifelong learner with advanced theological degrees, Dr. Stryker is passionate about guiding individuals and churches through transformative journeys. A native of Liberia and great-great-grandson of Bishop Francis Burns, the first Black bishop in the United Methodist Church, he offers a unique cross-cultural perspective and a deep commitment to reconciliation and growth.

Dr. Stryker is also a published author whose works explore multiracial church dynamics, personal reflections on Liberia’s civil war, and spiritual insights. With a pastor’s heart and a prophetic voice, he empowers clients to navigate life’s challenges and embrace the Gospel's transformative power.

Rev. Dr. Rose M. Booker-Jones

Rev. Dr. Rose M. Booker-Jones is a passionate coach, retired United Methodist Elder, and a passionate advocate for healing and restoration. With over three decades of ministry experience, including roles as Local Pastor and District Superintendent in the Illinois Great Rivers Conference, Dr. Booker-Jones has been a trusted coach with SBC21 for many years. Her academic credentials include an MDiv from Perkins School of Theology, a DMin from McCormick Theological Seminary, and advanced studies in conflict management and church mediation. Affectionately known as Pastor Rose, she has a heart for peacemaking and believes that true transformation begins with the heart. Her commitment to healing extends beyond the church, having served as a Clinical Chaplain at El Dorado Correctional Facility. Guided by her belief in God’s restorative grace, Pastor Rose empowers individuals to embrace wholeness and salvation through Jesus Christ.

Rev. André R. Briscoe, Jr.

Reverend André R. Briscoe, Jr. is a dedicated United Methodist elder serving in the Baltimore Washington Annual Conference. Since 2015, he has been the pastor of Saint Matthew’s New Life United Methodist Church in Baltimore, Maryland. With degrees from Howard University and Wesley Theological Seminary, where he is also pursuing advanced theological studies, Reverend Briscoe combines a rich academic background with a passion for urban ministry and community engagement.

Reverend Briscoe has over 20 years of experience as Director of Music and Organist for various faith communities and is recognized for his contributions, including winning the inaugural organ fellowship from the African Heritage and Cultural Institute of America. Deeply involved in leadership within the Baltimore Washington Conference, his ministry is driven by a love for sharing the Gospel and a commitment to glorifying God while edifying the Body of Christ.

Rev. Dr. Brian K. Brown

Rev. Dr. Brian K. Brown is a dedicated and accomplished spiritual leader and coach. After earning his undergraduate degree at Virginia Union University, he pursued theological education at Howard University and Samuel DeWitt School of Theology, where he received his MDiv. He later earned his DMin from United Theological Seminary, focusing on missional growth empowered by the Holy Spirit. Ordained in 2000, Dr. Brown has served in various impactful roles, including teaching pastor at Ginghamsburg Church and Superintendent for the Ohio River Valley District in West Ohio.

Certified by the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and trained in multiple facilitation and development tools, Dr. Brown has spent over a decade coaching pastors and congregations to greater heights and resolving deep conflicts. Passionate about guiding others through the Holy Spirit’s illumination, he continues to inspire through his faith and leadership.

Rev. Dr. Brian K. Brown

Rev. Dr. Clarence Brown is a passionate coach and retired elder in the United Methodist Church with over 30 years of experience in guiding individuals, congregations, and organizations toward meaningful goals. His leadership spans diverse settings, from rural churches to urban ministries, college campuses, and civic advocacy groups. A former District Superintendent for the Norfolk District, Virginia Annual Conference, Dr. Brown has mentored and coached countless individuals to achieve fruitful engagement.

With academic foundations in sociology, philosophy, theology, and ministry from Georgia State University, Gammon Theological Seminary, and Wesley Theological Seminary, along with Coaching4Clergy training, Dr. Brown brings a unique blend of wisdom and accountability to his coaching. Rev. Dr. Tori Butler is a passionate coach dedicated to helping individuals discern God’s voice, navigate transitions, and embrace their unique calling. Currently serving as senior pastor of Asbury Town Neck United Methodist Church and as a coach with Strengthening the Black Church for the 21st Century, Dr. Butler prays that her work will glorify God and uplift the Body of Christ. Rev. Dr. Joseph W. Daniels, Jr.

Rev. Dr. Joseph W. Daniels, Jr. is a visionary coach, pastor, and leader committed to empowering individuals and communities to thrive. For over 31 years, he has served as the lead pastor of Emory United Methodist Church in Washington, D.C., transforming it into a vibrant center for worship and social impact. Under his leadership, the church has grown significantly in attendance and completed a $60 million affordable housing project, providing hope for many in a high-cost region.

With advanced degrees from Wesley Theological Seminary, Howard University, and The American University, Dr. Daniels combines academic excellence with a heart for social justice. Rev. Dr. Wanda Bynum Duckett

Rev. Dr. Wanda Bynum Duckett is a passionate coach and leader with a heart for urban ministry, preaching, and spoken word poetry. A native of Baltimore, she brings a unique blend of creativity and theological depth to her work, shaped by her academic journey through UMBC, St. Mary’s Ecumenical Institute, and Wesley Theological Seminary, where she earned her Doctor of Ministry. Her dissertation, *Sacred Slam: Spoken Word Poetry as Sacred Art for Sacred Space*, reflects her innovative approach to ministry.

Having recently served as the Baltimore Metropolitan District Superintendent, Dr. Duckett has been in pastoral ministry since 2006. She is deeply committed to helping others navigate life’s challenges with grace and purpose. A proud mother and grandmother, she is guided by her life verse, Romans 8:28, believing in God’s ability to work all things together for good. Her coaching empowers others to find their voice and live into their calling.

Reverend Ronald E. F. Triplett

Reverend Ronald E. F. Triplett is an inspiring coach and leader with over 30 years of ministry experience. A passionate servant of God, he has dedicated his life to sharing the empowering gospel of Jesus Christ and guiding others toward their spiritual and personal growth. Reverend Triplett has played a significant role in planting churches across the United States and establishing a national youth-focused organization.

Currently serving as Lead Pastor of Gethsemane United Methodist Church in Capitol Heights, MD, his pastoral journey has spanned from local church leadership to multi-church charges. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Reverend Triplett holds degrees from Morehouse College, Howard University, and Shaw University, equipping him to serve with both wisdom and compassion. Deeply committed to the people he serves, Reverend Triplett seeks to empower individuals to reach new heights in Christ while fostering a spirit of faith, purpose, and transformation.

Rev. Twanda E. King

Rev. Twanda E. King is a compassionate coach and seasoned leader devoted to helping others navigate the demands of ministry and discover wholeness in their journey. An ICF-trained coach since 2013, she serves as a facilitator with the Mid-Atlantic United Methodist Foundation and Strengthening the Black Church. Drawing from her own experiences, including overcoming clergy burnout, Rev. King empowers pastors to “BREATHE” and embrace rest as a spiritual practice. She shares this wisdom in her book, *Breathe – A Pastor’s Journey to Wholeness*.

A native of Baltimore and an Elder in the United Methodist Church, she pastors Union United Methodist Church in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. With degrees from Morgan State University and Lancaster Theological Seminary, as well as ongoing studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Rev. King combines faith, expertise, and self-care advocacy to support others in thriving both spiritually and emotionally.

Rev. Dr. Yvette D. Massey

Rev. Dr. Yvette D. Massey is a dynamic coach, pastor, and leader dedicated to holistic ministry and community transformation. With a foundation in nursing and a Bachelor of Science from Clemson University, she pursued her calling to broader service, earning her Master of Divinity from the Morehouse School of Religion and a Doctor of Ministry from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.

A trailblazer in the United Methodist Church, Dr. Massey has served as the first woman pastor at several historic congregations and now leads Kelley Chapel United Methodist Church in Decatur, Georgia. As President of the National Black Clergy Women of The United Methodist Church, she continues to inspire and empower others. Known for her dynamic preaching and teaching, she has contributed to theological discussions and hosted the television talk show Bible Talk. Dr. Massey’s coaching reflects her passion for nurturing growth, purpose, and impactful leadership.

Rev. Dr. Regina Henderson Moore

Rev. Dr. Regina Henderson Moore is a dedicated coach with over 12 years of experience empowering pastors, church staff, and leaders through an asset-based approach. Her strengths as an achiever, learner, and maximizer fuel her ability to guide individuals and organizations toward impactful growth. An ordained Elder in Full Connection with the North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church, Dr. Moore also chairs the Order of Elders and leads Riverside Consulting Group, where she develops effective social impact strategies for churches and organizations.

With academic credentials from Howard University and Duke Divinity School, Dr. Moore combines her expertise with a deep commitment to service. Mrs. Antoinette H. Mosley

Mrs. Antoinette H. Mosley, affectionately known as “Miss Toni,” is a dedicated coach, youth ministry veteran, and content creator with a passion for empowering youth and families to discover their unique places in God’s plan. With roots in Jennings, Louisiana, Mrs. Mosley has served and led youth ministries in multiple states and has enriched countless lives through her mission trips, teaching, and curriculum development for esteemed organizations like R. H. Boyd Publishing and Urban Ministries (UMI).

Currently residing in Cincinnati, Ohio, she serves as Youth Minister at Corinthian Baptist Church through the Urban Core Initiative of City Gospel Mission. Additionally, she coaches for YM360 and the Urban Youth Workers Institute, while consulting with Ministry Architects. A graduate of McNeese State University, Southern University, and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Mrs. Mosley combines her expertise with a heartfelt commitment to ministry. Rev. Joseph E. Washington is an inspiring coach, pastor, and visionary leader with over 40 years of ministry experience in The United Methodist Church. With a background in Political Science and a Master of Divinity from the Interdenominational Theological Center, Rev. Washington has dedicated his life to advancing justice and equality. From pastoring churches across Boston, New York, and South Carolina to leading initiatives such as SharedCare and the Academy of Hope, his work has consistently focused on uplifting underserved communities through education, health care, and economic empowerment.

As a former Executive Secretary for Africa with the Board of Global Ministries, Rev. Louise Jackson

Louise Jackson is an executive coach with a heart for people. She brings a very diverse background serving as a consultant to nonprofit, faith-based and for profit organizations, often leading high visibility strategic initiatives. In the corporate sector she has worked in Strategic Planning and Human Resources; building and implementing Leadership Development and Talent Managment programs in large Tech and Healthcare corporations. As a college professor at Dakota Wesleyan University, she teaches church vision, strategy and evaluation at the graduate level. She has served as an elected official in her local community of Carmel Indiana for 4 years. She has 20+ years of experience leading worship and as a professional singer.
