Reverend André R. Briscoe, Jr. is a dedicated United Methodist elder serving in the Baltimore Washington Annual Conference. Since 2015, he has been the pastor of Saint Matthew’s New Life United Methodist Church in Baltimore, Maryland. He later earned his DMin from United Theological Seminary, focusing on missional growth empowered by the Holy Spirit. Ordained in 2000, Dr. Brown has served in various impactful roles, including teaching pastor at Ginghamsburg Church and Superintendent for the Ohio River Valley District in West Ohio.
