Reverend Ronald E. F. Triplett is an inspiring coach and leader with over 30 years of ministry experience. Reverend Triplett has played a significant role in planting churches across the United States and establishing a national youth-focused organization.

Currently serving as Lead Pastor of Gethsemane United Methodist Church in Capitol Heights, MD, his pastoral journey has spanned from local church leadership to multi-church charges. A native of Columbus, Ohio, Reverend Triplett holds degrees from Morehouse College, Howard University, and Shaw University, equipping him to serve with both wisdom and compassion.
