Dr. Clarence Brown is a passionate coach and retired elder in the United Methodist Church with over 30 years of experience in guiding individuals, congregations, and organizations toward meaningful goals. A former District Superintendent for the Norfolk District, Virginia Annual Conference, Dr. Brown has mentored and coached countless individuals to achieve fruitful engagement.

With academic foundations in sociology, philosophy, theology, and ministry from Georgia State University, Gammon Theological Seminary, and Wesley Theological Seminary, along with Coaching4Clergy training, Dr. Brown brings a unique blend of wisdom and accountability to his coaching.
