Rev. Dr. Richard Lane Stryker III

Rev. Dr. Richard L. Stryker III is a passionate coach, pastor, and prophetic advocate for social justice. As Director of the Collaborative Coaching Network in Strengthening the Black Church, he brings a wealth of experience from decades of ministry, chaplaincy, and church leadership. A lifelong learner with advanced theological degrees, Dr. Stryker is passionate about guiding individuals and churches through transformative journeys. A native of Liberia and great-great-grandson of Bishop Francis Burns, the first Black bishop in the United Methodist Church, he offers a unique cross-cultural perspective and a deep commitment to reconciliation and growth.

Dr. Stryker is also a published author whose works explore multiracial church dynamics, personal reflections on Liberia’s civil war, and spiritual insights. With a pastor’s heart and a prophetic voice, he empowers clients to navigate life’s challenges and embrace the Gospel's transformative power.
